Refund policy

At WK&D your satisfaction is our guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your products purchased online, you may return your items in its original condition! Not worn! for a refund (less postage) or exchange within 30 days of receipt.

Personalised items cannot be exchanged or refunded! Please measure correctly 

If unsatisfied please explain the reason and I will work on resolving the issue. If there are faults i will fix them.

Delays in processing times are sometimes unfortunately out of my control

items that are handmade take time to make and large orders take quite a bit of time, sometimes illness is the cause of delays so please be patient and supportive,

if for some reason you cant be patient please let me know and i will try my best to get them done as soon as I can, refunds will only be given for wrong size made by me or if faulty only refunds will not be given for waiting times.

 

Please remove collars when swimming or bathing even tho they are water tolerant they are not suitable to swim in and we will not issue a refund or replacement if water damaged... If they happen to get wet from weather allow to dry naturally off the dog.. do not use any form of heat it will cause cracking 

Improper use of collars can cause reactions in your dogs like hotspots and so on..

And we will not be held accountable for Improper use!

Wet collars should not be put onto your pet!

If you live in a warm climate please take off collars!

do not have your collars too tight allow 2 fingers underneath.

if it's a wrong size bought but it's personalised, buyer to send back at own cost with return parcel and we can resize or replace if needed free of charge.

If sizing is the issue exchange is available at buyers cost on non personalised and unworn only!

If we have made a mistake on sizes or misspelt names, we will replace at our own costs.

WK&D will refund return postage costs and replace for faulty items or If we have made a mistake on sizes or misspelt names.
