• condition every 3 months min with any leather conditioner.

• dirty - clean with clean damp cloth then let dry naturally, do not use heat or put collars back on until dry.

• really dirty- saddle soap is the best we recommend just follow directions.

• no water play - but if it does accidentally get wet, leave to dry naturally do not use heat or put collars back on.

Follow these steps and if it doesn't last a lifetime i will replace the leather free of charge just hang onto the hardware. 

We cannot replace if its caused by chewing or damage to the item

But we can replace the leather from $8 just hang onto the hardware.
